▪ 50% of your total rent, payable by check, is due within 6 days of your confirmed reservation.
▪ The remaining 50% (plus a $500 damage deposit) is due no later than 60 days before your
arrival date.
▪ Bookings made fewer than 60 days before your arrival require 100% rental payment (plus
the $500 damage deposit) within 6 days of your confirmed booking.
▪ The $500 damage deposit is returned within ten days of departure except in cases of
damage or loss.
▪ For cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival date, a full refund is given,
less a $125 booking fee.
▪ For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days of your arrival date, 50% of your pre-paid
rent (plus full $500 damage deposit) is refunded.
▪ Except for your $500 damage deposit, cancellations made fewer than 30 days in advance of
your arrival date are non-refundable.
