Our manager will meet you on your arrival, familiarize you with the features of the

apartment and help you get off to a good start. A contact number for use in case of

apartment emergencies will be provided.

The studio comes with a convenient user manual: How to use the toaster? Telephone a taxi?

Locate the nearest patisserie? You'll find all the answers here. We offer clear instructions for

appliances, TV, DSL and WIFI, phone usage, entering and leaving Cour Damoye, garbage

collection and important phone numbers. You'll also find recommendations for restaurants,

shopping, getting around and other tips to help you thoroughly enjoy your Paris visit.

Accommodations and Children

Our newly renovated apartment comfortably accommodates guests on one single and one

queen bed. The studio is not suitable for young children.

What's Included

There are no extra charges. A cleaning, both before and after your stay is included. Beds are

made up prior to your arrival. Even long distance calls to fixed lines (NOT to cell phones) are

free of charge. All utilities are, of course, included.

Studio Access

A large modern elevator takes you from the street level to the studio. But for those who

crave exercise, a generous stairway is also at your service.
